Ann Oates als Quinney departed this life on or about 
the 7th day of January last past Intestate. The Court 
upon intelligence thereof had decreed her five children, 
namely Robt, Willm, James, Ann & Mary Oates sole and 
joint administrators of all her goods and chattels 
moveable and imoveable whatsoever. 
Isabel, wife of Willm Taylor, having as is alledged 
obtained a marriage dowry. James, Mary & Ann only 
being present, are sworn to be just to one another 
& their absent co-administrators in the division of 
the goods, & have given pledges for payment of debts 
according to law, namely Wm Calister & Wm Killip 
both of KK Santan. 

The Administrators present have agreed their father 
shall have the dead’s part of the riding horse as 
legacy, and he is sworn to render a just & true 
account of the goods of the dead to the administrators
