KK Santan, Novr 18, 1761 William Christian perished by sea on or about the 29th day of July last intestate. The Court having intelligence thereof decrees his five children namely Ellinr:, Robt:, John, Thos:, & Cath: Christian joint Adminrs of all his goods & chattels moveable & immoveable whatever. Robt being absent, Thos & John aforesd & Wm Lewney husband of Ellinr with Robt Kelly husband of Cath: are sworn for payment of debts as also to be just the one to the other & likewise to their absent brother in the division of the goods & have given pledges in form of Law namely Capt John Clucas & the Revd Ja: Wilks. Solv: 3p. Decretum est, Ro: Radcliffe, Matths: Curghey.
