This is affirmed to be the last will & testament of Thomas Costean of
KK Arbory, being in perfect mind & memory at making the same.
Imprs, He bequeathed his soul to God & his body to Christian burial.
Itm, He left unto his daughter Jane twenty pounds.
Item, He left unto his son John his right of the loom & geers, & four
pounds towards sewing the land when it came into his possession, as
also his share of the sheep that were between himself & Robert Moore &
all his wearing apparel.
Lastly, He left unto his loving wife all his right of the purchased
lands & intacks during her natural life, She leaving the whole of sd
intacks & lands purchased to his sd son after her death, to wch his sd
wife hath consented, & nominated & appointed his sd wife sole Execx of
all the rest of his goods moveable & immoveable, culling off all other
clamers by affinity with six pence legacy.

Testes present:  Richd Cubon his mrk,  John Moore,  jurati.

At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown 3d June 1761:  The Execx is
sworn in Court in form of Law, and hath consented that the whole of
the Intacks & lands purchased shall fall to her son after her death,
and to that end as also for they parment of debts & legacies she hath
given pledges namely ---- Cubbon of Arbory & robt Kelly of Castletown.

Solvit 12d, Probatum est, Ro: Radcliffe.

11 Febry 1762: Alice Corrin als Costean enters against the Exrx of
Thos Costean for £2 – 0 – 0.
12th May 1762: Margt Harrison enters a claim agt the Execrx of Thos
Costean for £1 – 4 – 6.
