In the name of God Amen.
I Silvester Ellison of the parish of KK German finding myself weak and
feeble and considering the uncertainty of life do hereby make my last
will and testament being perfect mind and memory at the making hereof. First
I commit my soul to Almighty God and my body to Christian burial. I leave my
wife Jane to be whole and sole executor of my goods movable
and immovable of what nature or kind so ever excluding any others that may
claim to have further right with six pence legacy.
In witness hereof I have hereunto put my mark to my name this the 6th
of January 1757.

At a Court of Correction holden at Balnyhown Feb 12 1762 The executrix is
sworn in court in form of law and  has given pledges for payment of debts
and legacies namely the witnesses of the will.
