This is affirmed to be the Last Will and Testament of Jony
Creer als Cowley of the parish of Braddan who departed this
life the 24th day of February 1762 – Being in sound mind and mem-
ory at the making hereof.
First she committed her soul to god and her body to a xtian burial
She left to Mary Cain a stripd Gown
She left to Margrett Kneen a stripd petticoat
She left to Jony Kelly a stripd petticoat
She left to Elinor Creer a Diner woven gown
She left to Jane Creer her daughter in law a Gown
She left to her Granddaughter Jane Creer, Daniel Creer’s daughter
a petticoat, a bed gown & a mantle
She left to Anne Cowley a peddy and a smock
She left her son Patrick’s daughters call’d Jane and Elinor 2 shifts and to each a suit of head Close
She left to her son Patrick a silk handkerchief
She left to her grandson John Creer a fladden pony and a check
handkerchief
She left to her daughter in law Robt Creer’s wife a stampd apron
She left to all claimers six pence legacy
Lastly she nominated constituted and appointed hew loving
husband William Creer whole & sole Executor of all
the rest of her goods moveable and immoveable of what kind
or denomination soever.

The Excr is Sworn in Court in form of Law
and hath given pledges for the payment of
