John Kerruish perished by Sea on the coast of
Scotland on or about the 24th of Febry. last past
Intestate. The Court upon Intelligence thereof hath
Decreed his only Sister namely Joney Kerruish Sole
Adminr. of all his Goods & chattels whatsoever
whereupon John Christian husband of sd. Joney is sworn
& hath given pledges in form of Law namely John Cowle
& Thomas Corlet both of Lezayre
Solvit 3d Decretum est
