KK Maughold

In the Name of God Amen - I William Corkill of Ball=
ne=gory being sick and weak in body but at perfect mind and
memory Doe make this my Last will and Testament as
followeth ~

First I commit my soul to God and Body to Christian burial~

Itm  I Leave to my Two sons vizt John and Thos Corkill my -
whole part of the sheep and my cloath to be equally between
them and all my right of Land in the parish of K Maughold
to my son John and I leave Six pence Legacy to all that
craves to right in the effects of this will -

_dly  I Constitute Nominate and Apoint my Dear wife
whole and sole Executorx of all the rest of my Goods and
Effects movable and immoveable of what kind or nature
soever.  I Declare that there is Due to me from the Execrs
of Daniel Corkill my brother the sum of fifteen shillings
and I Leave to the Witnesses one shilling apiece.

At a Court of Correction holden at Lezayre 13th? Feb 1765
The Exrx is Sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for
the payment of Debts & Legacies namely Wm Creetch & Thos Kerruish
both of KK Maughold the Witnesses of the will.
