89            Bride
The last will and testament of Samual 
Christian of KK Bride who departed this 
life about the 1st day of February 
being of sound mind and memory at the 
making thereof.  
First, he committed his soul to God 
and body to Christian burial.  
Item, he left to his daughter Ann twenty 
shillings legacy.  
Item, he left to his daughter Christian 
twenty shillings legacy.  
Item, he left to his daughter Margt 
twenty shillings legacy.  
Item, he left to his daughter Isabela 
twenty shillings legacy.  
Item, he left to his daughter Joney 
twenty shillings legacy.  
Item, he left to his daughter Cath: 
ten shillings legacy.  
Item, he left to son Thomas twenty 
shillings legacy.  
Item, he left to his son John two 
team beasts and a quarter of the crop.  
Lastly, he nominated and appointed his 
loving wife Isabel whole Executrix of 
all the rest of his goods movable and 
immovable whatsoever and six pence each 
to the witnesses of his will.

Wm Kneal, jurati.                        

At a Chapter Court holden 
at Lezayre Jane 17, 1765: 
The Executrix is sworn in Court in form of Law 
and undertakes the tuition of Thos & Joney the 
two children underage, of whom Simon Christian 
their uncle is sworn supervisor.  
Pledges for payment of debts & legacies in form 
of Law are Wm Kneale, & Edmd Kneale both of KK Bride
