Octo the 11, 1765       48 
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of 
PHILL CHRISTIAN of KK Conchan being in perfect memory 
at the making hereof.  
First he committed his soul to God and his boddy 
to Chritian burial.  
Itm, he left to his eldest DAUGHTR ELICE CHRISTIAN six pounds.  
Itm, he left to his SON JOHN CHRISTIAN a heafer.  
Lastly he nominated and appointed his loveing wife 
MARGAD CHRISTIAN ALS FARRAGHER and his youngest DAUGHTER 
ANN CHRISTIAN equal exers of all the rest of his goods 
moveable and immoveable be it whatsoever.

Chatthrine Kelley als Karran her mark X, 
Chatthrine Cotteman her mark X, juratae.                      

AT A CHAPTER COURT HOLDEN in KK Marown 11th Novr 1765: 
MARGT CHRISTIAN THE WIDOW & ANNE CHRISTIAN her youngest 
DAUGHTER are sworn joint Exectrixes in Court in form of 
Law, as also to be just to each other in the division of 
the Executorship, and have given pledges for the payment 
of debts and legacies namely Thos. Christian Slegaby 
KK ONchan & Robt Lewn of Balliargey in KK Braddan.
