This being the last Will and Testament of Ann Tear als Radcliff
Of the parrish of KK Andreas who departed this life about the 
20th of October 1764 and was at perfect mind and memory at the 
making of the same.   First She committed her soul to God 
and her body to Christian burial.
Item  She left to her eldest daughter Ann Tear a Fother Bed without cloath
         A striped gown a wheel a striped apron a white apron a quilted
         Potocoat and as much as there was in the house of worsted.
Item  She left to her younger daughter Alice Tear the rest of her cloath
         And to be served therewith as she coms in "____" and twenty shillings
         Legacy.
Item  She left to her two sons Dan and John Tear a sheep and lam
         Each.
         She has declared some time after to Wm Cleator on of the witnesses that
         She gives her daughter Ann afores'd three white Hankechiefs, and to the 
         Witnesses of her Will six pence each Legacy; Lastly she nominated
         And appointed her loving husband John Tear sole Exec. Of all
         The rest of her goods movable and Immovable whatosever.

At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre June 12, 1765
	The Exec is sworn in Court in form of Law, undertakes the 
            Tuition of the Dead's part of the children and  their goods and
            Has given pledges for payment of Debts and Legacies namely
            Wm Radcliffe and Wm Cleator both of KK Andreas
            James Radcliffe uncle to the Children by the mother's side
            Is sworn supervisor in form of Law.
