KK Bride}             At a Chapter court holden at Lezayre
                      Octor 27 1767

   Daniel Caistill, cooper, formerly of the Parish of KK
Bride within this Discese, but lately on board a schooner
belonging to the Town of Liverpoole (name not mentioned)
departed this life on board sd schooner in the West Indies
on their homeward passage some months ago, as by affidavit this day
made by John Voast appears - and whereas it is presumed
he died intestate, no Will appearing, the Court upon
intelligence thereof decrees his brother & sister
namely Thos & Ellinor Caistill joint Adminrs of all
his goods & chattels moveable & immoveable what=
:soever, and they are thereupon sworn for payment
of the Intestate's debts as also to be just the one to
the other in the division of the goods & have given
pledges in form of law namely John Kneale & Wm
Kneale both of Lezayre,
