19               Bride
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of 
Daniel Joughin (of Knock Bain) in the parish of KK Bride. 
Who departed this life about 26th November last past, 
being of perfect mind & memory at the Making hereof.
First he committed his Soul to God & his body to 
Christian burial.
Item He left and bequeathed to his Grandson Mark Joughin 
a Quarter of the Crop of corn and hay and the brown 
bullock as Legacy.
Item he left and bequeathed to his daughter-in-law Joney 
Joughin als Moore the little horse (called Back Breck) 
as Legacy.
Item he left & bequeathed to his son William Joughin six 
kishins of Barley as Legacy.
Item He left & bequeathed to his son James Joughin six 
kishins of Barley as Legacy.
Lastly he Nominated and appointed his Daughter Catherine 
Joughin whole and sole Executor of all the rest of his 
Goods moveable and immoveable of what kind soever.
Item to the Witnesses of this his Will one shilling each.

The Executor is sworn in court in form of law and has 
given pledges for the payment of Debts and Legacies 
namely Robt. Crow? & Wm. Christian both of KK Bride.
