This is affirmed to be the last will and Testament of Mary Kelly als
Harrison of Raby in the Parish of KK Lonnan who Departed this Life on or
about 16th Novr 1766 she being then sick and weak in body but of Perfect
mind and memory at the making therof,
first she Committing her Soul to God and Body to Christian Burial and as to
her worldly Effects she bequeathed them in manner following
Itm she Left & bequeathed unto her Loving husband Nichs Kelly the Bed wch
she Lay upon with its furniture as also her part of the Riding horse and
all the plough Irons
Itm She Left to her son Wm Kelly the sheet she Gave him out of her own hands
Itm she Left unto her Grand son John Kelly vizt the smith's son five
Brittish shillings
Itm she Left to her Grand Daughter Elinor Kelly a little spinning wheel
Itm she Left to her Daughter alice Kelly a Blankett, sheet and a Kettle
She further Left six pence Legacy to any person or persons that would Claim
any Right to her Effects
Lastly she Revoking all other wills made words or Intentions uttered,
Declared this to be her Last will and Testament and nominated and appointed
therein her Loving Daughters namely alice Kelly & Margt Kelly joint
Exectris of all the rest of her goods and chattles both moveable and
immoveable of what kind or Denomination soever

At a Chapter Court holden in KK Marown 18th May 1767 Alice Kelly one of the
Exxs being unable to attend Margt Kelly the other Exrx is sworn in Court in
form of Law & hath given pledges for the payment of Debts & Legacies namely
James Killey & James Kelly both of Lonan the Witnesses of the Will
