Intestate The Court upon Intelligence thereof Decrees his only Child
namely Ellinor Kewley sole Adminrx of all his Goods & Chattels moveable &
immoveable whatsoever. Thomas Corlett husband of sd ellinor is thereupon
sworn for payment of debts and hath given pledges inform of Law namely John
