This is affirmed to be the Last will and Testament of Cath[erine]
Skillicorn of the Parish of KK Lonnan who Departed this Life on or abt 9th
Novr 1766 She being then Sick and weak in Body but of Perfect mind and
memory at the making thereof
first she Committed her soul to the Hands of almighty God and body to
Christian Burial,
and as to her worldly Effects she Bequeathed them in manner following
Itm she Left and Bequeathed to her sister Dorothy Skillicorn an
handkerchief as also her best pair of shoes in case they would fit her
She further Left six pence Legacy to any person or persons that could Claim
any right to her Effects
Lastly she Revoking all other wills made words or Intentions uttered,
Declared this to be her last will and Testament and Nominated and appointed
therein her Loving Brother John Quine & Joney his wife whole and sole
Execrs of all the rest of her goods and Chattles both moveable and
immoveable of what Kind or Denomination so ever

At a Court of Correction held at Marown Feb 16th 1767
John Quine is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given pledges for
paymt of Debts and Legacys vizt Thos Quiggen & Gilbt Kermod the witnesses
of the will
