"The last will and testament of Christean Christain als 
Keig widow of the Paish of KK St. Anne being in prefect 
mind and memory at the making hereof as follows: 
First She committed her soul to God and her body to 
a Christain burial.  
Ittm, She bequeathed to her SON ROBT CHRISTAIN 6d legacy.  
Ittm, To her SON THOMAS CHRISTAIN 6d legacy.  
Ittm, To her DAUGHTER ELINOR LEWNEY ALS CHRISTAIN 6d legacy.  
Lastly, She nominated and appointed her SON JOHN CHRISTAIN 
whole and sole Execr of all the rest of her goods and 
effects moveable and immoveable of what nature soever.

AT A CHAPTER COURT HOLDEN AT CASTLETOWN Octr 21, 1767
The Execr is sworn in Court in form of Law & has given pledges for 
payment of debts & legacies namely the Witnesses of the will.
