KK Lonan May 18 1767 Daniel Looney of Ballamoar departed this life about the 10th day of March last Intestate. The Court upon Intelligence thereof hath decreed his five children namely James, Willm., Elzth., Anne, & Catherine sole & joint adminrs of all his goods & chattles moveable & immoveable whatsoever,(Thos the eldest son having obtained a Provison by settlement as acknowledged by himself) - James & Wm being abroad & Ann & Catherine under age, Elizth & Thos are sworn supervisors & have the deads part of the children & their goods committed unto them - they are also sworn to bring a perfect inventory to the Registry & likewise for payment of debts according to law & have given pledges in form of law namely the Revd. Samul Gell & Wm Kneale both of KK Lonon. Sovl: 3s Decretum est Ro: Radcliffe Matths Curghey There follows a one page inventory and a one page account of the sale of the goods by aution.
