In the Name of God Amen This is Affirmed
to be the Last Will & Testament of Catrine Joughen
of KK Bride who departed this Life ab't the 27th of
Nov'r 1766 being in Perfect Mind and Memory at the
Makeing hereof First She Comited her Soul to God
and Body to Christian Buriall

She Left & Bequeathed to all who Might have
a Right to Clame in this her last Will & testam't
Six Pence Legacy.

Lastly She Constituted and Appointed her Loveing Sister
Elizabeth Callow alias Joughin Sole Ex'rx of all
the Rest of her Goods and Effects, whatsoever,
movable and unmovable, and hereby Revoking
all other Will or Wills, Acknowledging this only
to be her Last Will and Testament, in Presence
of the Subscribing Witnesses

At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre 25th May 1767

Notwithstanding the above Will is only proven by one Witness, the other Witness being absent
yet as the same are published in open Court & no objection made thereto the Exec'rs is thereupon
Sworn in Court in form of Law & hath given pledges for the payment of Debts & Legacies, namely,
Wm. Kneale one of the Witnesses & Wm. Law ___ both of KK Bride
