The Last Will and Testament of Wm Creer of KK Maughold, who
departed this life in the month of January in the year of our Lord
1768 he was of perfect mind & sound memory at the making hereof.

He committed his Soul to God and Body to Christian burial.
He bequeathed his part of an heifer with a white head to his beloved
wife with his part of the bed cloaths to his sd. wife. Item he left his
part of the cow Crinnag, with twenty shillings in cash, together with
his best coat, and all his part of his sheep, Except one, unto his son
Thomas Creer – and the one sheep before excepted he left to
two of the children of Sam Corkill. Viz such two as had not any
part in sheep before the declaring hereof – Item he left twenty
shillings to his daughter Anne. Item he left his blue vest &
best pair of breeches unto his son in law Saml Corkill. Item he left
his part of the big oak chest to his grandson Wm Creer.
Lastly He nominate, constituted, ordained, & appointed his Eldest Son and 
heir John Creer Sole Executor of all the rest of his Goods Chattels
& Effects or assetts of what nature soever.

The Excr is sworn in Court in form of Law & hath given Pledges for the
paymt of Debts & Legacies namely Dan Joughin & John Corlett

10th May 1769 James Kinnish enters a Claim agst the Exrs of Wm Creer for £1-10-0

Nov 12th 1770
	This day Thomas Creer came to the Registry and
acknowledged to have recd from John Creer Exr of the last will & testament of Wm Creer, the part of the cow
Crinnag & twenty shillings in cash, the best coat & all
his part of the sheep except one bequeathed him by
his father Wm Creer, & doth hereby relieve, acquit
& discharge the sd John Creer his heirs, Excrs & adminrs of
the same legacy or any part thereof, as witness
his mark to his name the day & date above written.

	This day Samuel Corkill husband of Anne the
within named legatee acknowledged to have
recd from John Creer Exr of the last will & testament of Wm Creer the sum of twenty shillings, and also a blue vest & best pair of Breeches a Legacy bequeathed him by his Father in law Wm Creer, & doth
hereby acquit, leave & discharge the sd John Creer
his heirs, adminrs of sd Legacy for ever ---
