The last will and testament of Alice Duke als Qualtrough who departed this
life about the twentieth day of February 1768.
Imp:  She bequeathed the land to her brother William Qualtrough together
with five shillings in money.
Item:  She bequeathed ten shillings legacy to her sister Catharine (can't
read) als Qualtrough.
Item She bequeathed six pence legacy to her brother Henry Qualtrough.
Item:  She bequeathed the corn to her loving husband vizt Henry Duke and to
be liable to the debts along with it.
Lastly she nominate and appointed her loving sister Eleanor Cashin als
Qualtrough and her niece Jane Cashin executrixes of all the rest of her
goods moveable and immoveable.

At a Court of Correction holden at Castletown Mar 21 1768.
Jane Cashin one of the executrixes being under age.  John Cashin husband of
Ellr Cashin the other executrix is sworn for payment of debts and legacies
according to law as also to bring a perfect inventory.  Pledges for him in
form of law are Wm Comish and Thos Taylor both of Rushen.
