This is affirmed to be the last Will & Testament of Mary Kinloey [sic] of KK Patrick 
who Departed this life about the 17th of March 1768 - Being in perfect Mind and 
memory at the making thereof.

First.    She committed her Soul to Almighty God and her Body to Christian Burial.

Item.    She left unto her Sister’s Daughter Jane Carran a Blanket and a Sheet and 
a Boulster and a Gown of Big wheelen [sic] Stuff and a Chest.

Item.    She left unto her Sister’s Daughter Margt Key a Gown of Striped Camlet 
& a Chequer Apron.  

Item.	She left unto her Brother Thos Kinloey [sic] Six pence Legacy.

Lastly.	She Nominated and appointed her sister’s Daughter Catherine Key to be 
Whole and Sole Executrix of all the Rest of her Goods moveable and immoveable.  
Excluding all other craving friends with Six pence a piece Legacy.

At a Chapter Court holden in Peeltown 17th June 1768

The Executrix is Sworn in Court in form of Law & hath given Pledges for the 
Paymt of Debts & Legacies namely Patrick Key the father & Nicholas Kneale one 
of the Witnesses of This Will both of KK Patrick
