In the Name of God Amen

Whereas I Agnes Pattinson the Wife of Abraham Pattinson
heretofore or formerly of Wigton in the parish of Wigton in the County
of Cumberland Currier but now of the Town of Ramsey in the Isle 
of Mann, am at preset of Sound and Disposing Mind & Memory
but considering and calling to mind the uncertainty of this Mortal
life, do therefor hereby make and Declare this my Last Will and
Testament in manner and form following.

First I Bequeath my Soul to God, and my Body to be Decently Interred
at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named. I Leave &
bequeath to John Ralph of the Town of Tedbury in the County of
Glocestor, Bread Baker the Sum of Twenty Eight pounds English
Currency to be paid unto him out of that Sum of money belong-
ing unto me which is in the hands of John Robinson of
Forster fold, in the parish of Westward and of John Pattinson
of Pow in the parish of Bolton, both in the County of Cumberland,
Gentlemen, which Twenty Eight pounds, I do hereby Order and
Appoint the s'd John Robinson and John Pattinson Gentlemen
to pay unto the s'd John Rolph or his lawfull authorized Attor-
ney after my Husband's Death, within such convenient time
as the Said money, which is at Interest can be called in, and
upon their paying him the s'd Twenty Eight pounds, his Re-
ceipt, or the Receipt of his Lawfull Authorized Attorney in
that behalf Shall be Sufficient to Indemnify the s'd John
Robinson & John Pattinson Gentlemen for the payment
thereof as afores'd

I Leave and Bequeath unto my Dear & Loving Husband
___ ___ ___ ___ of the Residue and Remainder of
whatever Sum or Sums of money belonging unto me is __
shall be at the time of my Decease in the hands of the said [John]
Robinson and John Pattinson Gentlemen, which Sum ___
of money I do hereby order & appoint the s'd John Robinson &
John Pattinson to pay unto Mr. Wm. Rigg (Tanner) and John
Sayle (Shoemaker) both of the Town of Ramsey in the s'd Isle
or their Order to and for the use of my s'd Husband, w'ch s'd two parties
Namely Mr. Wm. Rigg and John Sayle, I do hereby appoint
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament in trust for my
Husband to whom I also herby leave the Residue and Remainder
of all my Goods and Effects of what kind or nature Soever, And
Ratify and Confirm this my Last Will & Testament, and do Revoke
and Disannull all and every other Will heretofore by me made
Witness my Subscription and Seal this the 11th Day of June ___

Wm. Rigg one of the Exec'rs in trust named in the above Will being off the Island, John Sayle the other
Exec'r in trust also named therein hath renounced in Court the s'd Executorship in Trust

Wm. Rigg one of the Ex'rs in Trust named in the beforegoing Will being __
out of the Isle & no probability of his Return to undertake the Execution ___
and John Sayle the other person appointed Exec'r in trust having renounced 
at the last Chapter Court in Lezayre - Abraham Patinson the Husband & [Residuary]
Legatee is therefore Sworn Exec'r in form of Law & hath given pledges for the ___
of Debts & Legacies namely Tho's Howard & John Corlet Shopkeeper both of Ramsey
