The last Will and Testament of Issabell Joughin of the
parish of KK Andreas who Departed this Life on or about
the 14th Day of March 1772 being of perfect mind & 
memory at the making thereof,
First She Committed her Soul to God & Body to  ---
Christian Burial

Itm. She left to her Brother in Law Ewan Howland &
his wife Margaret Howland, alias Joughin the Sum ---
of Twenty Shillings as Legacy. Itm. She left the Cash, or 
money She had in the house to her mother Joney ---
Joughin Senr. Itm. She left six pence Legacy to ---
whom soever would sue for any right to her Effects

Lastly She Nominated & appointed her Sister ---
Joney Joughin Junr.  Sole Executrix of all the rest of
her Goods moveable & Immoveable whatsoever.  To ---

The Execr. is sworn in Court in form of Law & hath
given Pledges for the payment of Debts & Legacies

At  KK Maughold Augt. 11th  1773
I Ewan Howland do hereby acknowledge to have recd. from
Joney Joughin Exr. Of the last will & Testament of  Issable
Joughin the Sum of Twenty Shills. a Legacy
bequeathed my wife by sd. Issable Joughin & [I do]
hereby acquit release discharge the sd. Joney 
Joughin her Heirs Execrs. & Assigns of sd. legacy or
any part thereof witness my hand the day &
date above written
