This is affirmed to be ye last Will & Testament of Margaret Skillecorn als
Clarke of ye parish of Jurby who departed this Life ye 28th Day of Aprl in
ye year 1773 being of sound & disposing mind & memory at ye making hereof
First She committed her Soul to God & her Body to Christian Burial
Also she left & bequeathed to her Daughter Margaret Kelley als Skillicorn
whatever Cash remained in her hands due & payable unto her ye Testatrix
excepting ten shillings thereof which she ye sd Margaret was to pay unto ye
poor of KK Lonan vizt unto Wm Gill a blind man three shillings — to Anne
Killip, a blind woman, three shillings, To Gilbert Brew two shillings And
to Danl Costean two shillings
Also she left & bequeathed to her Daughter Elinor Kelley a small pewter
Dish And to her Brother Wm Looney a shirt
Also she left to her grand-daughter Jane Kermod forty shillings ~ And to
her grand son James Kelley five shillings
Also She left to each person wt wd claim any further right to her effects
six pence Legacy
Lastly she nominated & appointed her daughter Isable Nidderagh Executrix of
all ye rest of her goods & effects moveable & immoveable what soever
She left to ye witnesses of this Will one shilling each

The Testatrix left to her Daughter Margaret Kelly affsd one of her large
pewter Dishes

At a Chapter Court holden at KK Michael 9th June 1773 Wm Nidderagh husband
of Isabel Nidderagh the above named execrx is sworn Execr in Court in form
of Law & hath given Pledges for the paymt of Debts & Legacies vizt the
Witnesses of the will
