At a Chapter Court holden at Castletown Nov 9th 1775
Robert Creer of KK Santan departed this life on or about the 1st day of May
last intestate the court having intelligence thereof hath decreed his only
child namely Jane Creer sole administratrix of all his goods and chattels
moveable who being of lawful age is sworn for payment of the intestate debts
an due administration of his goods and has given pledges
in form of law namely Thomas Kennish and John Brew both of KK Santan
