Whereas Thomas Calow and Ann [his ?ink blot]   wife who lived as Tennant to
Mr. [..?..] of [..?..] in Kk Braddan, both Dyed within [..?..] [..?..] Days
agoe, And left Three Children unmarried vizt Peter, John and Anne­ The sd
Children all at age And the Sd Deceadts Dyed without having made any wills
that [..?..] Effectual ­ And Whereas the Sd Deceadts had another Daughter
named Mary; who has been married Some years agoe, And recd her part of her
Father and Mother's Goods at her Intermarriage whereby it is there[..?..]
She is Excluded from the remaining part of The Executorship ­ Therefore
they the sd Peter, John ­ and Anne, having Unanimouly agreed on: that sd
Peter is to pay to his Sd Brother and sister ­ Vizt John and Anne in Lieu
of the Sd Executorshp the Sums hereafter herein to be menconed ­ vizt to
his Sd Brother John the Sum of Three pounds currency ­ and ­ Also Engage
himself to pay to his Sd Sister Anne in Lieu of the Above Adminstration or
Executors right the Sum of Eleven pounds ­ And that his Shall be a Final
Determination between the parties concerned ­ They have bound themselves
And Exr in penalty of Thirty pounds Sterlling To be Levyed according to Law
­ Witness their Subscripcons this 8 th Day of April 1774

Ann Callow one of the Admors of the Effects of the before named Thos & Ann
Callow has this Day acknowledged to have recd from her Brother Peter Callow
the within mentioned Sum of Eleven Pounds agreed by him to be paid unto her
in Lieu of whatever goods or Effects became due unto her by the Death of
her Father & Mother the sd Thos & Ann Callow & hereby requits exonerates &
discharges the sd Peter Callow of the same & every Part thereof   Witness
her Name & Mk the Day above written
