                At a Chapter Court holden at Douglas Novr 7 1774
Margaret Skillicorn departed this Life on or about the 7th Day of June last
past Intestate ~
The Court upon Intelligence thereof hath decreed her two Children namely
John & Margt Skillicorn joint Adminrs of all her Goods & Chattels moveable
& immoveable whatsoever ~ who being under age, Wm Corlett, Wm Christian and
John Christian, theire uncles by their Mothers side are sworn guardians &
supervisors by whose Consent the Deads Part of the Children & their goods
are committed to the tuition of the Widower John Skillicorn who with sd
supervisors is sworn for Payment of Debts & to return a perfect Inventory
to the Regry ~ Pledges in Form of Law for the Widower are Robt Bancks of
Ballahow & the Revd Mr Thos Quayle Vicar of sd Parish
