Catherine Tear als Radcliffe

The last Will and Testament of Catherine Tear alias 
Radcliffe of KK Andreas who departed this life on or about
The 25th Day of Jan 1774 being of perfect mind and
Memory at the making thereof.

First She committed her soul to God and Body to Christian Burial
Item She left ten shillings legacy to her grand daughter
Catherine Wade. Item She left to her daughter Isabell the 
Wife of Dan’l Wade Two English Shillings which the Testatrix
Lent her, and which her said Daughter had in her own hands
Item She left to her Daughter Isabell a gown & petticoat of
Such as the Testatrix has for herself. Item She left to her
Son Dan’l Tear a plank which was on the Wall by the side
Of the house. Item She left two sheep to her granddaughter
Catherine Tear( daughter of her sd son Dan’l). Item she left
Six pence Legacy to whomsoever would sue for any right
To her effects. Lastly she nominated and appointed 
Her daughter Catherine Tear sole Executrix of all the rest
Of her goods movable &immovable whatsoever. To the 
Witnesses of this Will she left one shilling each.

At a Court of Correction Holden at Lezayre 6th Feby 1774
The exec is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath
Given Pledges for the payment of Debts legacies
And the witnesses of the Will.
