This is affirmed to be the last will and Testament of Ann Cannell of
the Bishops Demense Ballaugh who was weak in Body but of a sound mind
and memory at the making there of ?
1st She left and bequethed to her son John Cannel two shilling &
sispence
2. She left & bequesthed to her Grandson John Caine 2 shilling & 4 pence
3. She left to her daughter Alice Cannell als Caine her smoothing Iron
4. She left to her daughter Ann Cannell als Corkan a gown, petticoat, a
bedgown, all of a ?Kear & green Stuff, she likewise left her the largest
Pott.
5. She left & bequesthed to her daughter Joney Cannell the sum of three
pounds, she left her the bedstead, bed & bedding, namely the same She
laid on, besides the remaining part of her apparel.
6. She left her daughter Margt Corlet a six pence
Lastly she nominated, constitute & appointed her husband Pat Cannell her
sole Exn of all her goods and effects moveable & immovable of what kind
soever hereby depriving any other person who should claim any part of
her goods or effects with six pence legacy.
