Daniel Kaneen departed this Life on or abot the
19th Day of February last past intestate
The Court upon Intelligence thereof hath Decreed his
Three Children namely Margery, Willm & Iabl [Isabel] Kaneen
joint Adminrs of all his goods & chattels, moveable
& immoveable whatsoever, who being under age,
their next relations by the Father’s side Vizt
John Lace, Anthony Lace & Chas Cowll are sworn
guardians & supervisors, for Payment of the
Intestate’s Debt & to return a perfect Inventory to
the Registry & by this consent the Deads part of
the children & their goods are committed to
the Tuition of Margt Kaneen the Widow - Pledges
for the Widow & them in Form of Law are Wm Kewish
of Lezayre & Chas Cowll of KK Andreas
