Margaret Kaneen being intitled to certain goods & 
chattles by the last Will & Testamt of her grandmother 
Margery Kinney als Kaneen als Brew  secured under 
Pledges In the Ep: Regry Lib 2do Testam: Anno Dni 1772 
departed this Life on or abot the Month of July 1773 
in her minority The Court upon Intelligence thereof 
hath Decreed her Bror & Sisters namely Wm Margery & 
Isab [Isabel] Kaneen joint adminrs of all her goods & 
chattels – moveable & immoveable whatsoever – who 
being under age their next Relations Vizt Arthur Lace, 
John Lace & Chas Cowll are sworn guardians & Supervisors 
& by their consent the orphans & their goods are 
comitted unto Adminrs in Trust, Margt Kaneen their 
brother who has a given Pledges in Form of Law namely 
Wm Kewish of Lezayre & Chas Cowll of KK Andreas
