This is affirmed to be the last Will & Testamentary Disposition of James
Kewley of Balla-core in the Parish of Kk Lonnon who Departed this Life on
or about 27 th Janry 1776. He being then sick and weak in Body but of sound
Disposing mind and memory at the making thereof,
first, He committed his soul to God & Body to Christian burial, And as to
his Worldly Effects he bequeathed them in manner following
Imprimis, He Left and bequeathed unto his Daughter [Joney?] [M]oore the sum
of thirty shillings She had in her own hands
Itm He left [& ] bequeathed a Heifer to his son James Kewley
Itm He Devised his part of the sheep to be Equally between his wife & his
Two grandsons, namely James & John Kewley (vizt John Kewley's children)
He further Left six pence Legacy to any person or persons that would Claim
any Right to his Effects
Lastly   He Revoking all other wills heretofore [made?], words or
Intentions uttered, Declared this to be his last will & Testament and
nominated & appointed therein his Dutiful son John Kewley, whole & Sole
Execr of all the rest of his Goods & chattells both moveable and immoveable
of what Kind of Denomination soever

The Execr is sworn in Court in form of Law and hath given Pledges for the
payment of Debts and Legacies namely the Witnesses of the will
