This is affirmed to be the last Will & Testament of
Jane Joughin alias Kerruish alias Casement of the
Town of Ramsey who was of sound mind & memory
at the making thereof

First She Committed her Soul to God & her Body to Christian
Burial. Item She left & Bequeathed unto her
Loving Sister Catherine Cowll, alias Casement, widow
____ all her Right Tytle Interest & Property of ___
___ ___ of the Garden on the [Murraugh] Known by
the Name of Merchant, Casement Garden. Item she left
and Bequeathed unto her Niece Jane Craine, all her
Shaped apparel. She Nominated, Constituted & appointed
Her Grand Daughter Mary Joughin, whole & sole Exec'x
of all the rest of her Worldly Goods Moveable and unmo-
vable of what kind or Denomination soever. Lastly
she Bequeathed six pence to all Cravers, & one shilling
each to the Witnesses hereof this 27 Dec'r 1775
