JOGHEN, John 1778-1 Bri A 66 0106227 The last Will and Testam't of John Joughin of ye parish of KK Bride who departed this life about the Month of Ap'l 1778 being of perfect Mind and Memory at the makeing thereof. First he Committed his Soule to God and Body to Christian Burial Itm he left to his Daughter Judy Joughin three pounds Legacy. Lastly he Nominated and Apointed his Son & Daughter William Joughin and Judy Joughin Equal Exec'rs of all the rest of his goods Moveable and Imovable whatsoever he left seven pence Each to the Witnesses of his Will Witnesses William Kneale's X } Jn Sayle his X }Jurati At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre May 22d 1778 The Exec'rs are sworn in Court in form of Law & also to be true & just the one to the other in the Division of the Effects & have given Pledges for the payment of Debts & Legacies namely Wm.
