John Creer, 1779

This being the last Will & Testament of John Creer of
KK German who departed this life about the 11th of March 1779
being of sound & perfect mind & memory at the making hereof
which are as follows:-
1 Committing his soul to Almighty God & his body to Christian
Burial
2 He left & bequeathed to Patrick Creer son of Robt Creer dec’d
his best coat & breeches
Lastly he nominated & appointed John Shimmin & Jane his
wife to be whole & sol executors of all the rest of his Goods
moveable & immoveable whatsoever & Excluding any other
person or persons whatsoever that might pretend to claim
for the right to his Goods with sixpence legacy apiece
