At a Chapter Court holden at Peeltown 15th June 1780.
William Clucas of Kionshleau Moar in the parish of Kk Patrick having
departed this life on or about the 15th day of April last past intestate;
and this court having received intelligence thereof hath decreed his six
children namely Richard, John, Thomas, Ann, Isabel, and Ellinor Clucas,
and the children of Cath Cowle als Clucas deceased another daughter of the
intestate viz Wm, Ann, and Catharine Cowle in the right of their said mother
joint administrators of all his goods and chattels, movable and immovable
whatever whereupon they the said Richard, John and Thomas Clucas with
Patrick Kelly husband of Ann Clucas, Wm Quirk husband of Isabel Clucas, and
Wm Clucas husband of Ellinor Clucas aforesaid as also Thos Cowle father of
the said children of Cath Cowle before mentioned
are sworn well and truly to administer the effects of their intestate of
this court, to pay all his just debts so far forth as the said goods and
effects will extend and the law shall bind them and to be just the one to
the other in the division of the residuum of the said effects and have
given pledges in form of law namely Philip Quirk of Slieauwhallian in KK
Patrick and Patrick Lace Senior of Peeltown.
Thomas Cowle aforesaid is sworn guardian and supervisor of his said children
who are under age.
