At a Chapter Court holden in Marown June 3rd 1782 John Skillicorn of the parish of KK Lonan having departed this life on or about the 13th Jany last past Intestate The Court upon intelligence thereof hath Decreed his three Children namely John, Phillip and Jane joint admors: of all his goods and Chattels moveable and immoveable whatever and John Corkill husband of Jane being absent, the afores,, John and Philip Skillicorn are sworn well & truly to administer the goods of the Intestate, to pay all his just Debts sofar forth as the goods will extend and the Law shall bind them - to return a perfect Inventory thereof to the Registry of the Court, and to be true and just to each other and to the absent co-adminsr in the division of the goods~ To which ends they have given pledges in form of Law namely Phillip Skillicorn and James Kelly both of KK Lonan~~~ Decretum est Chas Crebbin Sol: _~ Wm Clucas
