This is affirmed to be the last Will & Testament of John Fargher of Grawe
in the Parish of KK Lonnan who Departed this Life the 7th of May 1782 he
being then sick & weak in body but of sound Disposing mind memory &
understanding at the making hereof
first he committing his soul to God that gave it & his Body to the Earth
and as concerning all such worldly Effects as it hath Pleased God to
possess him with he Disposed thereof of manner & form following
Imprimis he Left & bequeathed the Team & crop of corn to his Grandson John
Fargher
Itm He Left & bequeathed the sum of three Pounds with a furlet of Barley to
his Daughter Margt Corkill
Itm He Left unto his Daughter Ann: Kewley four shillings
Itm He Left unto his Daughter Ellinor (who is now off the Island) three
shillings
Lastly He nominated & appointed his Dutiful Grand Son John Fargher whole &
sole Executr of all the Rest of his Gods & Chattles both moveable &
immoveable whatsoever in consideration of all accounts then standing
between them unsettled, and withal charged his said Execr not to bring his
said Daughter Margt Corkill to account for any part of his Effects hereafter

At a Chapter Court holden at KK Marown June 3d 1782 The Execr is Sworn in
Court in form of Law & hath given Pledges to the payment of Debts &
Legacies namely the witnesses of the Will
