The Last Will and Testament of Joney Kneen 
of the Parish of KK Andreas late deceased, 
being of Perfect mind and Memory at the 
making and declaring thereof on the 26th 
Day of May 1783.
First	She commited her soul to God and 
her Body to Christian Burial-------
Itm She left seven Pounds in Cash to her 
Sister Margery Kneen; and appointed her 
Executor herinafter mentioned to pay 
Ten Shillings thereof yearly to her Sister 
till the same be fully paid her.
Itm  She left half of a Cow & half of a 
yearling Calf to her Sister Margery Kneen – 
Itm  She appointed that her Execr should 
give grazing for Three Sheep to her 
Sister Margery – 
Itm  She left Bed Clothes to her Sister Margery 
Itm  She left Bed clothes with a Chest 
to her son Patrick Kaneen – 
Itm  She left a suit of Head clothes to 
Philip Quayle’s wife.  
Itm  She left a suit of Head Clothes to 
Danl Howland’s wife.  
Itm  She left to Margt Kaneen a Sheep  
Itm  She left a quilted petticoat and 
Bodice to her Sister Isabel --  
Itm  She left to her Sister Anne Martin 
her best gown if she pleased to wear it.  
Itm  She left a Wheel to Ann Cowle – 
Itm  She left six pence Legacy to whomsoever 
would sue for any Right to her goods 
contrary to the purport hereof – 
Lastly she appointed and ordained her Son 
Patrick Kaneen Sole Execr of all the rest 
of her goods moveable & unmoveable whatsoever – 
To the Witnesses of the Will She left 
a Shilling Each.

The last is sworn in fact in form of Law and hath 
given Pledges for the paymt of Debts Legacies namely
