This is affirmed to be the last will and Testamentary Disposition of Nichs
Kelly of the Grennane in the Parish of KK Lonnan, who Departed this Life
25th December 1783. He being then sick & weak in Body but of sound
Disposing mind memory and understanding.
first he committed his soul to God & Body to Christian burial and as to his
worldly Effects he bequeathed them in manner following.
He Left & Devised to his son James Kelly a Plough chain
He Left six pence Legacy to any person or persons that would claim any
Right to his Effects
Lastly he Nominated and appointed his Two Dutiful Daughters Alice & Margt
Kelly joint Exetrices of all the Rest of his Goods & Effects both moveable
& immoveable of what Kind & nature soever.

At a Chapter Count holden at KK Marown June 9th 1784 Alice one of the Exrs
above named being unable to attend the Court, Margt the other Exrx named is
sworn in Court in form of Law and to be fair & just to her Co-Executrix &
hath given Pledges for the payment of Debts & Legacies namely the witnesses
of the will
