At a Chapter Court holden at Kk Marown on the 9th Day of June 1784
Margaret Kelly als Skillicorn of the Parish of Kk Lonan having departed
this Life on or about the third Day of the Month of March last past
Intestate and the Court having received Intelligence thereof hath Decreed
her three Children namely James, John and Isabel Kelly sole and joint
administrators of all her goods and Chattels movable and immovable of what
Nature of Denomination soever. Thomas Kelly her eldest Son having been
provided for by marriage Settlemte whereupon the said Admors are sworn well
and truly to administer the Goods of their Intestate, to pay all her just
Debts, so far forth as the Said goods and Chattels will extend and the Law
shall bind them, and to be faithful and just the one to the other in the
Division of the Residuum of the Estate of the said Intestate and to these
Ends have given Pledges in Form of Law vizt James Kelly and Thos Croaghan
both of the said Parish of Lonan
