The last will and Testamentary Disposition of Jane Kinley (widow) of the
Parish of KK Lonnon who Departed this Life on or abt the 18th April 1784
she being then sick and weak in Body but of perfect mind & memory at the
making thereof   first she committed her soul to God & Body to Christian
Burial and as to her worldly Effects she Disposed thereof in manner following
first of all she Left a Gown to her Daughter in Law Elizabeth Kinley
Itm She Left all her Right to the House wherein her son Philip Kinley Lives
with all what was therein to her said son Philip Kinley
Itm she further Left six pence Legacy to any person or persons that would
claim any Right in her Effects
Lastly she Nominated and appointed her Dutiful Daughter Jane Clague whole &
sole Executrix of her goods and Effects of what nature soever and at the
same time she ordered a guinea that was in the custody of her Daughter in
Law Elizabeth Kinley to go to Defray her funeral Expenses

Phinlo Clague husband of Jane Clague is sworn Exer in Court in for of Law &
hath given Pledges for the payment of Debts & Legacies namely the witnesses
of the will
