Maughold
At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre
the 25th June 1784 ____
of the Parish of KK Maughold
Joney Kerruish als. Kerruish ^ having departed this
life on or about the 3rd day of April last past intestate,
the Court upon intelligence thereof Hath decreed
her 5 Children, namely, Robert, Ewan, William,
joint
Isabel, and Ann ^ Administrators of all and singular
her goods chattels and effects movable and immov –
-able of what nature or kind soever _ The said Ann
and William being underage, the said Robert, Ewan
and Isabel are sworn well and truly to administer the
said Interstate’s goods chattels and effects _ to pay all
her just debts so far forth as the goods will extend and
the law shall bind them _ to return a true and perfect
Inventory of the said Goods chattels and effects to the
Registry, and to be true and just to each other, as also
to the rest of their co-administrators in the division
of the residuum of the same _ they are also sworn
Guardians and supervisors of the Children under
age together with their Father who is likewise
sworn Administrator in trust, and to whom is
committed the goods of the minors _ to thesends
they have given pledges in form of Law _ namely, John
kerruish and Daniel Joughin uncles of the sd. Children _
