This is affirmed to Be the last Will and Testament 
of Jane Cannel of KK Michael who departed this 
life about the 28th.of Janury.1786 Being at perfect 
mind and memory at making hereof in manner 
following 
First She Committed her Soul to God and her Body to 
Christian Burial 
Item She left and Bequeathed to her daughter 
Jane forty Shilling Item She left Also left to her 
daughter Catherine forty Shillings She allso left 
to sd.daughters Jane and Catherine her Shape 
Cloth and Linens her part of the Wool and flax 
spun and unspun 
Item She left to her son John forty shillings 
Item She left to her son Phillip forty shillings 
Item She left to her daughter Elizth.two pound 
ten shillings a Big Chest the largest Chest in the house 
apiece of White Stuff 
Lastly She nominated and appointed her husband 
Patrick Cannel whole and Sole Executor of all 
the rest of her Goods and Effects movable and 
immovable of what kind or denomination soever 
together with shilling a Legacy Each to the 
witnesses of the Will

The Exedr. is sworn in Court in form of Law & 
hath given Pledges for payment of 
Debts an Legacies namely John Quiggin and 
John Cain both of KK Michael, He is also 
sworn guardian and supervisor of the 
Children under ages
