In the name of God Amen   I John Cannell of The Than...
...Luery parish of K K Michael calling to Mind the Holy Family 
of Human Life and unwilling that Any Disturbance should happen 
after my Departure of this Life to make this my Last will 
and Testament in manner Following~
[First]         I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian Burial
[2nd]   I leave and bequeath to my son John Cannell the Sum of Seven pounds
[3rd]   I leave and bequeath my son Thos.Cannell the Sum of Eight pounds 
[4th]   I leave and bequeath to my two Sons John & Thos.Cannell my 
        part of the Sheep equal between them, only one Sheep I Leave to my 
        grandchild John Caine
[5th]   I leave and bequeath to my son In Law Phillip Caine Half of the 
        horse that is between me & sd.Phillip Caine
[6th]   I leave to my two sons John & Thos.Cannell My part of the 
        rest of the horses Equal between them.
[7th]   I leave to My Son Thos.Cannell the Oak Chest
[8th]   I leave & Bequeath to my two Daughters Christian & Isabelle 
        whatever cash that was in their hands belonging to me
[9th]   I leave & Bequeath to my Daugter Margaret Twenty five Schillings
[10th]  I leave & Bequeath to the Witnefses^of my will^one Schilling Each
Lastly  I Nominate & Constitute & Appoint my Beloved Wife Mary 
also Alias Crellin whole & Sole Executrix of This my ...
