       Maughold
This is affirmed to be the last will and testament of Thos Kerruish of
the parish of KK Maughold who being of sound mind and memory at the making
hereof.
First He committed his soul to God and body to a Christian burial.
Item:  He left and bequeathed to his son Danl and to his daughter Mary a cow
equally between them and his part of the sheep and a chest also equally
between them.
Item:  He left to his son Robert the croft and that he was not to get the
benefit thereof until the decease of his mother and to his two daughters Ann
and Margaret six pence each and six pence legacy to every one that craves.
Lastly he nominated constituted and appointed his loving wife Margaret
whole and sole executrix of all the rest of his goods and effects movable
and immoveable of what kind or nature soever.

At a Chapter Court holden at Lezayre Nov 10th 1786 Margaret sworn executrix
with pledges Robt Corteen and John Kerruish both of Maughold.
