This is affirmed to be the last Will
& testament of Ann Creer wife
of Daniel Creer tent. on Ballne-
Killey who departed this life on or
about the 27th May 1786, being
of sound mind & memory at the
making the same
First she committed her soul to God &
her body to Christian burial
Secondly she left and bequeathed to her 
daughter Eleanor Creer the sum of eight
pounds and her bed woollens and linen
clothing
Thirdly she left and bequeathed to her
sister Jane Kinley her common wearing 
clothes & two smockes
fourthly she left one shilling legacy 
to all claimers
Lastly she nominated & appointed 
her loving husband Daniel Creer
whole & sole executor of the rest
of her goods and effects of what kind
or nature soever.

At a chapter court holden at Isaac
Whites on the 14th day of June 1786
the Exor is sworn in Court in form of law
and hath given pledges for the payment
of Debts & Legacies namely John
Kermod and the Revd Thos Christian both of
