Maughold At a Chapter court holden at Lezayre the 21st day of June 1786 Mary Creer als Corkill of the parish of KK Maughold having departed this life on or about the 7th day of December last past Intestate, and the court having intelligence thereof hath decreed her eight children namely William, John, Edward, Esther, Margt., Ann, Mary & Isabel Creer joint adminrs of all & singular her goods chattels & effects moveable & immoveable whatever and the said Margaret being absent and John, Edward, Ann, Mary & Isabel being under age, they the said William and Esther are sworn well & truly to administer the goods & effects of the intestate to return a perfect inventory thereof to the Registry of this Court, and to pay all her just debts, so far forth as the said Goods & effects will extend and the law shall bind them To these ends they have given pledges in form of law namely Peter Murray & Peter Corkill both of the parish of KK Maughold.
