John Cottier of the parish of Kk German having departed this life on or about the 19th day of April last past Intestate, and the Court having received intelligence thereof hath secured his six children namely, John, William, Henry, James, Silvester and Ann Cottier, joint administrators of all his Goods Chattels and effects moveable and immovable whatever. They the said John, William, Henry, James, Silvester, with John Quine, husband of said Ann and therefore sworn well and truly to administer the said Estate to pay all the just Debts of the intestate so far as the said goods and Effects will extend and the Law shall bind them, and to be faithful and just each to the other in the division of the Residue of the said Effects . To these ends they have given pledges in form of Law, namely Philip Killey and Hugh Shimmin both of that Parish of Kk German Decretum est John Moore Ev.
