Thomas Fargher, 1787 1 Lonan This is affirmed to be the last will and Testamentary Disposition of Thos Fargher of the Parish of Lonnan who Departed this Life on or about the 12th Novr 1786 he being then sick and weak in Body, but of sound Disposing mind memory and understanding First he committed his Soul to God and Body to Christian Burial and as to his worldly Effects he bequeathed them in manner and form following Imprimis, he left and bequeathed to his son Simon Fargher a Crown with the further sum of three shillings Item he Left and bequeath’d to his son Thos Fargher a Crown Itm he Left and bequeath’d to his Daughter Ann: Skillicorn a Crown Itm he Left and bequeath’d to his daughter Christian Moore the sum of five English shillings Itm He left and bequeath’d to his Daughter Jane McCoy the sum of five English shillings Itm He left and bequeathed to his Daughter Elinor Cowley the Sum of five English shillings Itm He Left and bequeathed to his Daughter Elizabeth Fargher the fourth part of an heifer with a she Lamb Itm He left and bequeath’d to his son John Fargher a shear sheep Itm He further left six pence legacy to any person or persons that would claim any Right to his Effects Lastly, he nominated and appointed his Loving wife Margt Fargher sole and Whole Execr of all the Rest of his goods and Effects both moveable & immoveable of what kind or nature soever Witnesses hereof Thos Cowin my X Thos Caley my X Jur At a Chapter Court holden at Beemaghag June 1, 1787 the Execr is sworn in Court in form of Law & hath given Pledges for the payment of Debts & Legacies namely the witnesses of the will Probatum est Thos Cubbon
